Last updated: 16 October 2026

The short version

  • MyHomieo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • MyHomieo is only for adults aged 18 and over.
  • Anything that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child is banned, and the account is removed for good.
  • We report CSAE and CSAM to the relevant authorities.

This summary is just a guide. The full standards below are what apply.

01Our commitment

MyHomieo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to our website (myhomieo.com), our Android and iOS apps, and every profile, message, group, event and companion plan on them.

02Adults only

MyHomieo is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account. If we learn that a user is under 18, we remove the account.

03What is prohibited

Users must not post, share, request or promote any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits or endangers children. This includes:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn, edited or AI-generated content.
  • Grooming, or trying to contact a minor for sexual purposes.
  • Sextortion, or trafficking-related content involving minors.
  • Any plan, group, event or message that puts a child at risk.

04How to report

If you see a profile, message, group or event that may harm a child, email us at arvind@myhomieo.com with a link or a description of what you saw. We review every child safety report as a priority.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police on 112 straight away.

05What we do

When we find or are told about CSAE or CSAM, we:

  • Remove the content immediately.
  • Permanently ban the account involved, and refuse to let it rejoin.
  • Keep the relevant information as the law requires.
  • Report it to the relevant authorities, including India’s National Cybercrime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), where applicable.

06Working with law enforcement

We comply with child safety laws and respond to valid requests from law enforcement.
